The luxury midsize SUV earned good ratings in all six of the IIHS’ crash tests — small overlap front driver-side, small overlap front passenger side, moderate overlap front, side, roof strength, and head restraints and seats. It earned a superior rating for its vehicle-to-vehicle front crash prevention system. Its vehicle-to-pedestrian front crash prevention system earned an advanced rating.
